The Philadelphia Flyers took to the ice against the Anaheim Ducks on Tuesday evening at the Wells Fargo Center. Things started off great as Sean Couturier got on the board early, thanks to a beautiful pass from Claude Giroux.
But things would go south from there. Nolan Patrick left the game in the second period after being hit into the glass. An update will be given on Wednesday. Radko Gudas dropped the gloves with Kevin Bieksa, but the fight didn’t last long.
Couturier notched his second goal of the evening, which would be his 200th NHL point, from Travis Sanheim and Jake Voracek. The goal was a milestone for all three players, Voracek recorded his 500th point and Sanheim got his first point in the NHL.
