Philadelphia Flyers goaltender Steve Mason left Thursday night’s game against the New Jersey Devils early in the third period. Mason appeared to suffer a lower-body injury while attempting to make a save on a Taylor Hall breakaway.
He needed to be helped off the ice.
Here’s the full play.
If this injury is serious it could be the last we see of Mason in a Flyers uniform as he is a free agent after this season.
Here’s to hoping a quick recovery for Mase Daddy.
