He’s making his way back.
Philadelphia Flyers rookie forward Nolan Patrick had been skating by himself off and on for over a week, and he has now returned to practicing with the team this week. He was a full participant in practice on Monday, and was on the ice for the team’s optional morning skate on Tuesday in Minnesota.

Today marks three weeks from when Patrick suffered his upper-body injury against the Anaheim Ducks. He has been day-to-day for all of it. Although he hasn’t progressed enough to play just yet, there have been no setbacks in his recovery and he is making his way back.
Patrick could return to game action on Thursday night. It seems like that may have been a goal for him as the Flyers are playing in Patrick’s hometown of Winnipeg.
The Flyers will take on the Wild tonight in Minnesota. Check out the projected lines, pairings, and 5 things to watch for in tonight’s game.
