Nolan Patrick leaves game in Ottawa with upper-body injury after taking hit in corner

Not again.

Philadelphia Flyers forward Nolan Patrick left Wednesday night’s game against the Ottawa Senators with an upper-body injury.

Patrick got high-sticked early in the game, drawing a penalty, but continued to play.

However, he took a hit in the corner midway through the first period and did not return.

It looks like it could be a shoulder or head injury for Patrick. Patrick has dealt with injury problems in the past, so hopefully this is just precautionary and not something serious.

Hoping for the best, Nolan.
