Frost helped the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds to a double overtime win in Game 7 to advance to the OHL Finals, then played a big role in evening that series in Game 2.
The Greyhounds are in the OHL Finals against the Hamilton Bulldogs.
Frost had cooled off a bit in the playoffs, but he has begun to heat back up. During the week ending May 6th, he had three goals and four assists for seven points in three games.
He also had an assist in the game prior to that, and scored in Game 3 after being awarded Player of the Week. Frost now has a five-game point streak in the playoffs with four goals and five assists in that span.
This was the second week this season that Frost was named the OHL Player of the Week, with the other coming on the week of December 11th to 17th. He was named both the OHL and CHL Player of the week with eight points (four goals, four assists) and a +9 rating in four games.
Frost and the Greyhounds lost Game 3 in Hamilton on Monday night, but will look to even the series once again in Game 4 on Wednesday night.
