Ilyaception.
Everyone’s favorite Philadelphia Flyers former goaltender turned fan Ilya Bryzgalov has been known to attend hockey games at the Wells Fargo Center over the past few years. He is still being paid by the Flyers, and enjoys watching from the stands with his family and friends to support the team.
Bryzgalov, who still lives in South Jersey, trekked through the snow to make it to Thursday night’s game against the Islanders. It was an exciting game to be at, filled with goals and fights galore, and Bryzgalov was there with one of his own fans sitting in front of him.
Coincidence? pic.twitter.com/rFdLoUS7RN

In another coincidence, Brian Elliott was making his 15th-straight start last night, which is the longest for a Flyers goalie since, you guessed it, Ilya Bryzgalov in 2013. It’s good to see Bryzgalov supporting the orange and black.
Love ya, Bryz.
