The Philadelphia Flyers have won a hockey game!
A quick answer in the 1st period, hree goals in 71 seconds in the 2nd period, and one final insurance goal in the 3rd period paved the way for a 5-2 win to end the 10-game losing streak!

The Flyers had a few scoring chances early on
Ivan Provorov hit Jordan Weal for a breakaway, but he was denied.
Sean Couturier got the puck in front, but couldn’t find anyone to pass it to.
The Flyers set up on a rush, but Andrew MacDonald flubbed the one-timer.
Then it was the Flames’ turn.
Troy Brouwer buried a rebound to end a 32-game goal drought.
A juicy rebound from Elliott.
But the Flyers got it right back.
Dirty but good.
Half a goal each for Raffl and Filppula?
Raffl and Filppula were all smiles after that one.
The Flyers and Flames were tied at 1 after one period of play.
Travis Sanheim walked the line to get a shot off, but Mike Smith had the answer.
Jaromir Jagr hit Brian Elliott in the mask.
Johnnny Gaudreau picked off a pass for a chance, but MacDonald’s hook slowed him down just enough.
A great glove save by Elliott.
The Flyers killed off the penalty, and turned the tide.
Michael Raffl worked hard again to set up a dirty goal.
Shayne Gostisbehere’s shot from the point bounced off the post and in!
Scott Laughton provided the screen in front.
What a play!
Then the Flyers got a power play after MacDonald’s stick was forced into the face of Couturier.
And Wayne Simmonds scored!

I am extremely here for Travis Sanheim trash talking players.
Ivan Provorov got called for a weak penalty, and he couldn’t believe it.
But the Flyers killed it off.
They couldn’t stop this though after a turnover in the offensive zone.
A fantastic effort on the backcheck by Dale Weise.
Patrick’s pass to Weise misfired, resulting in the zone time leading to the goal.
The Flyers still led 4-2 after two periods of play.
Scott Laughton got a feed from Jordan Weal in front and made it 5-2 early in the 3rd!
Fantastic work by Weal behind the net on the goal.
Dale Weise took a hit up high, but the Flyers couldn’t do anything with the five-minute power play.
Andrew MacDonald tried his best to play defense in the corner.
The Flyers held on to win 5-2!
