I’m a big stickler for jersey. Anytime new ones come out or a team altercates one, I love to delve into the uniform and get a decent opinion on what it could be like on the ice. That being said, the 2017 NHL All-Star Game jerseys are ABSOLUTELY FREAKING BEAUTIFUL.
The NHL released photos and a video displaying the new threads, which represent all of the colors that the Los Angeles Kings have worn throughout their history.
The 2017 #NHLAllStar uniforms:
The Philadelphia Flyers will be solely represented by Wayne Simmonds, who earned his first All-Star nod when the rosters were announced yesterday. Simmonds and the Metropolitan Division will be wearing these beautifully-done white uniforms, which are now for sale at shop.NHL.com. I’m a really big fan of the different shades of silver and gray on the sleeves and shoulder of the uniform. It looks like the numbers will likely be black to match the stars and stripes on the front of the uniform. Either way, Wayne Train will look beautiful donning these sweet threads while representing the city of Philadelphia in LA.
You can also celebrate Simmonds’ first All-Star selection with these brand new shirts from the Sons of Penn Shop. Ride the All-Star Express all the way to Los Angeles and celebrate the man that has been everything and more for the Philadelphia Flyers in 2016-17.
