The Philadelphia Flyers hosted Hockey Fights Cancer night at the Wells Fargo Center on Tuesday evening, during their matchup with the San Jose Sharks. Claude Giroux opened the scoring just 48 seconds in regulation, but that would be all the offense the Flyers could muster up.
The Orange and Black suffered another embarrassing loss, making it nine-consecutive games without a win. It is now one loss behind their worst winless drought, which happened in February of 2008.
